Insurance and Billing. While Dr Morse does not participate in managed health care, we are happy to file your insurance claims for you. We know you work hard for your benefits. We believe part of outstanding service and care is to help you receive as much reimbursement possible. ~ Additionally, we offer a 5% reduction in fee when paying in full with cash or check at time of service, Those 60 years and older enjoy a 10% fee reduction when paying with cash or check at the time of sevice.
